Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CORIOLIS ONE collects when you use the website, the waitlist, or the contact form, and what we do with it. We collect the minimum needed to respond to you and run the Platform: nothing more.

1. What We Collect

We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers anywhere on the Platform. The page-view logging above runs entirely on our own servers for our own operational visibility (e.g. is the site working, is anyone finding it) and is never shared, sold, or used for advertising.

2. How We Use It

• To respond to your contact form inquiry;
• To notify you when early access or launch updates are available, if you joined the waitlist;
• To send a one-time confirmation that we received your submission.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where It's Stored

Submissions are processed through two services:

• Resend (email delivery): used to send notification and confirmation emails. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Render (hosting): submissions are also appended to a log file on our application server as a backup in case an email fails to send. This server storage is not permanent: it resets whenever the Platform is redeployed, and is not a long-term database.

Submission records are only accessible to the Platform operator via a token-protected internal endpoint: they are never publicly readable.

4. Retention

Waitlist and contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to you, follow up on a pilot/partnership conversation, or send launch updates you opted into by joining the waitlist. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Your Rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your information and remove you from the waitlist.

If you're in the EU/UK or California, these map to your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR or the CCPA respectively: we'll honor the same request regardless of where you are.

6. How to Reach Us

For any privacy request, use the contact form or reply directly to any email you've received from us: a real person reads every message.

7. Changes to This Policy

As the Platform moves from alpha toward a production service (for example, if we add real user accounts or payment processing), this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
