Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026
CORIOLIS ONE is currently an alpha-stage platform. It produces allocation recommendations for demonstration and evaluation purposes: it is not a regulator, treaty body, or enforcement mechanism, and no allocation it produces is binding on any real-world stakeholder unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CORIOLIS ONE website, demo engines, or API ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform Is

CORIOLIS ONE is a software system that models resource allocation across fisheries, carbon markets, freshwater basins, orbital spectrum, and forest domains, and produces algorithmic recommendations based on configurable inputs (sustainability limits, historical claims, compliance factors).

The Platform does not have legal or regulatory authority over any resource, territory, or stakeholder. Any resemblance between a demo zone (e.g. "NW Pacific," "Nile Basin") and a real-world dispute is for illustrative context only: the Platform does not claim to have resolved, mediated, or been adopted in any real-world dispute referenced on this site unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Accounts and Submissions

The Platform does not currently require an account to use the public demo engines. Waitlist signups and contact form submissions are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. As an alpha product, features, data models, and outputs may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORIOLIS ONE and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Platform or any recommendation it produces.

7. Intellectual Property

The CORIOLIS ONE name, logo, allocation engine, and site content are the property of the Platform operator unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative commercial products from the Platform's content without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Platform evolves from alpha toward a production service. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via the contact page.
